As a professional property management firm and estate company, service is the most important quailities of my venders. Frank's Plumbing & Heating has been very diligent in servicing our properties quickly. They understand the need for us to verify the cause of necessary repairs in regard to tentent neglect vs. property conditions. The company is extremely knowledgeable and has a knack of finding those leaks and such in older properties where a little creativity goes a long way. They have always been friendly regardless the time of day or night we call for heat loss or plumbing emergencies. I was the Community Manager at Wagon Werks Apartments in Columbia, PA. from March 2005 through July 2007. Wagon Werks Apartments is a sixty unit muti-family building.
